To find the ECCN, HTS or CCATS
There are 3 ways to search:

1) Main System or Peripheral – click on Reference Table (if not there, proceed to #2 or #3 below)

         HTS, ECCN, CCATS Reference Table

2) Manufacturer Part # (example YP126) -

         I.    To find the corresponding Manufacturer Part# (5 characters): Type the Dell Part # (430-               3114) into the search field (Keyword Search) at the top right of this webpage and press                enter. The results might show several products and the matching Manufacturer Part#                (YP126). Search the Spreadsheet

3) For PPID # - (find the PN within the PPID serial number – instructions below > then click on      spreadsheet)

         I.    I. If you have the PPID number on your product (example: KR-0NT367-71766-021-E1KZ),                the first 2 characters (KR – Republic of Korea) is the country of origin (COO). The next 6                characters (0NT367) is the Manufacturer part #, but do not use the 0 at the front (NT367).                Search the Spreadsheet.

License Exception will be determined by the country you export to, end user, and end use. The stated classification only applies to equipment as it left the Dell factory. Any modifications or changes, after leaving the Dell facility, will be your responsibility to obtain further classifications
