Have you recently purchased a new computer and want it to look just like your existing one, with all of your data and settings installed onto it?

The data transfer service is designed to make installing your new PC simple and efficient. We will copy your important data files, music and video files, email and ISP settings, address book, and internet favorites from one computer to another.

  • Transfer your Music, Video & important files to your new PC (Using the media disks created).

Our Transfer your Pictures, Music and Documents Phone Support includes:

When calling us confirm the data that you want to have transferred.
Copy your music, pictures and other files from the old hard drive to a Backup Media:
  • Up to 32GB if appropriate sized USB storage is available (SD/CF Card, Hard Drive, USB Key, etc.
  • Up to 4.7GB if transferring to a recordable DVD (customer supplied)
Transfer your Music, Video & important files to your new PC (Using the media disks created)
Transfer your emails, ISP settings, address book/contacts list, and Internet favorites
Provide you with an overview of where your new files are located on your New PC

*For Data Backup and Restore, the customer is required to have
  • A DVD/CD burner in the system where data is stored, or have removable storage media ready, eg: Memory Stick
  • Enough blank media DVD/CDs to store the required data or enough memory on removable media to store required amount of data to be transferred
