The Right Approach to Printer Installation

DellTM  printers include all the benefits of Dell's 24x7 free phone technical phone support for the duration of the limited warranty* and Next Business Day Exchange Service* for one year. In addition, Next Business Day On-site Service* is standard on network printers. Get more out of your printer with Dell printer services, including professional installation of up to three peripherals or a standalone printer.

The Right Approach to Projector Installation

While many projectors are essentially "plug-and-play," you may want to consider having your projector professional installed by Dell if:
  • You are purchasing a projector for your conference room, classroom, training room or executive meeting room that needs to be mounted on the ceiling
  • You are buying a DellTM  projector for the first time
  • Your staff has never installed a projector

The Right Approach to TV Installation

What's better than a DellTM  Plasma TV? Having the peace-of-mind that your Dell Plasma TV is professionally installed. Depending on your level of installation, the installation provider manages everything from unpacking to professional mounting and wiring*.

You can choose from three different installation options to fit your needs, including wall mounting (Wall mounting sold separately). A third-party installation provider will coordinate a convenient time with you to unpack your TV, connect it to your new or existing audio/visual equipment, and place it on an already-assembled stand or mount it to the wall of your choice.

Plasma TVs are not available in Alaska or Hawaii.

How do I set up the Installation* Service Appointment?
Once your new Dell television has been ordered, we will contact you to confirm the service you have ordered and schedule an installation service appointment with you for a convenient date. Dell will also run through a checklist of questions to ensure that the necessary information is available prior to the scheduled installation.

Should you need to change your appointment, please call the third-party installation provider to reschedule. Customers missing scheduled appointments will be charged a missed appointment fee.

What are the hours of operation for Installation*?
Appointments are available Monday to Friday, between 9:00am and 5:30pm, excluding local national holidays. After hours appointments are available, for an additional charge, on weekdays between 5:30pm and 9:00pm and Saturdays between 9:00am and 12:00pm. Please contact your Account Manager for further details.

How long will it take to complete the installation*?
Doing a quality installation takes time and customers should be sure to budget for this installation time when scheduling an appointment. Generally speaking, the time required for a Basic Installation is 1.5-2 hours.

What if I have questions or concerns about the Installation* process?
If at any time during the installation process you have questions or concerns, please contact your installation service provider.
