Serviceaftaler

Services, som er beskrevet i nedenstående servicebeskrivelser, leveres i henhold til ét af nedenstående sæt standardvilkår:

Salgsbetingelser for virksomheder

Disse vilkår gælder for virksomheder (herunder små- og mellemstore virksomheder, store virksomheder og offentlige kunder), som foretager køb af hardware, software og services direkte fra Dell.

Customer Master Service Agreement (for køb foretaget før 15. December 2010)

Medmindre andet er skriftligt aftalt med Dell, vil virksomheders køb af hardware, software og services fra Dell fra og med 15. December 2010 være underlagt Dell's Salgsbetingelser for Virksomheder. Salgsbetingelser for virksomheder erstatter Dell's Customer Master Services Agreement ("CMSA") . Enhver henvisning til Dell's CMSA, herunder men ikke begrænset til sådanne indeholdt i nedenstående servicebeskrivelser, statements of work/arbejdsbeskrivelser, fakturaer, ordrebekræftelser, hjemmesider relateret til Dell services, information præsenteret under installation af Dell software eller ved pålogning til en Dell service webportal ,erstattes af en henvisning til Dell's Salgsbetingelser for Virksomheder (se linket ovenfor). CMSA-aftalen vil fortsat være tilgængelig til gennemsyn for kunder, som har købt services fra Dell før 15. December 2010.

Partner Agreement/forhandleraftale

Denne aftale er gældende for forhandlere, service partnere og PartnerDirect registrerede eller certificerede partnere.
