All service plan options apply to products purchased through Dell's Home and Home Office segment.

Standard Service Plans for Dell Branded PCs
The terms and conditions of the Dell's Basic Service Plans are set out below and apply during the term of the service plan. This plan includes a minimum of 12 months of coverage. Please refer to your invoice to verify your service plan.
In Home Service Plans for Dell Branded PCs
The terms and conditions of Dell's In Home Service Plans are set out below and apply during the term of the service plan. This plan offers additional services not included in the Basic Service Plan. All In Home Service Plans come with Dell's In-Home Repair Service after Remote Diagnosis. Please refer to your invoice to verify your service plan.

Dell sells a number of service contracts for services designed to keep you up and running with your Dell branded and / or non-Dell branded PC. These services provide extra support for those complex challenges that are tough to resolve on your own and not covered by one of Dell's Service Plans. Included in this list are service contracts with third parties, which are sold to you by Dell.
