Serviceovereenkomsten

De diensten uiteengezet in de hiernavolgende Dienstbeschrijvingen worden geleverd in overeenstemming met de onderstaande voorwaarden van de toepasselijke raamovereenkomst:

Algemene Verkoopvoorwaarden

Deze overeenkomst is van toepassing op alle rechtstreekse professionele kopers (met inbegrip van Kleine, Middelgrote en Grote Ondernemingen, Overheidsinstellingen en Publieke Sector klanten) van Dell hardware, software en diensten.

Customer Master Services Agreement (voor aankopen vóór [local implementation date]

Behoudens indien anders schriftelijk is overeengekomen door Dell, zullen, vanaf [local implementation date] alle aankopen van Dell hardware, software en diensten door professionele kopers, onderworpen zijn aan de Algemene Verkoopvoorwaarden van Dell ("AVV"). De AVV vervangen de Dell Customer Master Services Agreement ("CMSA") in zijn geheel. Alle verwijzingen naar de CMSA, met inbegrip van, maar niet beperkt tot deze vervat in onderstaande Dienstbeschrijvingen, overzichten van werkzaamheden, facturen, orderbevestigingen, websites m.b.t. Dell-diensten, bevestigingen overlegd tijdens de installatie van Dell software of tijdens het inloggen op een Dell-diensten webportaal, worden vervangen door een verwijzing naar de AVV (bovenstaande link). De CMSA blijft uitsluitend beschikbaar ter raadpleging voor klanten die Dell diensten hebben aangekocht voorafgaand aan de [local implementation date].

Dell Channel partner overeenkomst

Deze overeenkomst is van toepassing op resellers, dienstverleners en PartnerDirect geregistreerde of gecertificeerde partners.
