QWhat are Dell Outlet Products ?
ADell Outlet is the place to go to find great savings on some of the latest refurbished Dell Technology, already built and ready to ship. This is product which has been returned to Dell for a variety of reasons including cancellations and specifications changes. All products have been tested and repackaged to Dell Outlet standards. Dell Outlet also offers standard limited warranty coverage and the same excellent Dell service and support on our refurbished Products as we do on our new systems. Please note that our inventory is sold on a "first-come, first -served" basis and changes rapidly. We cannot guarantee that all displayed products will be available at the time of your call.

QDoes my desktop come standard with a monitor?
AMonitors do not come standard with Dell Outlet Systems.Please mail Dell_Outlet_Auctions@dell.com to request details on purchasing monitor(s). Please refer to our Standard Features page for more information on standard components.

QCan I modify any configurations?
A We do not modify internal components. However, we can upgrade warranties, peripherals and accessories as listed on the accessory page in the stock room.

Usual Delivery charges are £21.54 incl VAT (£18.33 excl. VAT) per system.

QI placed my order before VAT was changed at midnight on Thursday Dec 31st - what VAT rate will I pay?
AIf you place your order before midnight on Thursday Dec 31st , then you will be charged VAT at the original rate of 15%. Only new orders placed after midnight on Thursday Dec 31st will be charged at the new 17.5% VAT rate. Note: If you order shipped after Thursday Dec 31st your invoice will show the new VAT rate of 17.5% but we will not charge you the extra 2.5%.

QWhat methods of Payment do you Accept?
AMethods of Payment: - Visa, Master, Maestro, Amex.

QCan I get Dell Leasing?
AWe do not offer leasing or personal finance or cheques option available with Dell Outlet.

QIs service included?
A All Dell Outlet systems are sold with the same standard limited warranties as we do on our new systems Please see out Terms and Conditions for details.

QWhat software is included?
A All refurbished desktop and notebook systems from Dell Outlet ship with the operating system that they were originally sold with. This varies by model and line. To ascertain the operating system on a computer you may be interested in purchasing, click on the service tag link of that computer on the inventory screen.

QWhen do you ship?
A Please note Estimated Delivery Time on Orders placed from now is approximately 10 Working Days. This is a temporary increase in Delivery Time.

QIs customer support the same as new?
A Yes. We are happy to offer Dell Online Outlet customers the same high-quality customer support that comes with new Dell systems.

QWhat if I receive a damaged system?
A If any refurbished equipment was damaged or lost in transit, or, if you received a system other than what you ordered, or damaged in any way, please reach us at Dell_Outlet_Auctions@dell.com. A representative will work with you to resolve the problem quickly. Dell Outlet sells refurbished computer equipment which has been returned to Dell for a variety of reasons. Occasionally products purchased will come with superficial marks such as minor scratches which do not affect performance, functionality, the quality of the product or its overall fitness for use. Also, on occasion, parts/components may be used for repair which may vary, in terms of colour only, from product purchased. Purchases are made subject to these conditions but other statutory rights are not affected.

QCan I buy Dell Outlet system if I live outside of the UK?
A No - not currently. You must live in the UK, have a UK delivery address and a UK Credit Card when purchasing with Dell Outlet Online.
