Dell Outlet

Dell Outlet fully re-tests all systems to ensure that every part of the system is fully functional and passes our quality control procedures.

Certified Refurbished & Scratch and Dent
  • Certified Refurbished PCs are laptops and desktops that have been returned to Dell, put through the production process, and then again retested to ensure they meet all original factory specifications. Certified Refurbished systems may have some observable cosmetic blemishes, but they will not affect performance.
  • Scratch and Dent products are systems with considerable cosmetic blemishes that do not affect performance. They are a great way to save money while still enjoying Dell Outlet's rigorous rebuilding and testing process. Scratch and Dent computers will not have scratches or pits on the screen, missing or illegible letters on the keyboard, or damage to the touchpad or palmrest.

Monitors

Dell Outlet Systems do not come with Monitors as Standard.

Payment
  • We gladly accept most major credit cards, including Visa, AMEX, Maestro and MasterCard. We do not accept Solo cards.

Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery Time is approximately 7 working days from Order Credit Clearance.
  • Your order will not ship until your purchase has been credit cleared.
  • For security reasons your delivery address cannot be changed once your order is submitted.
  • Usual delivery charge is £18.33 exc vat per system.

Dell Outlet Pricelist
  • All prices include a discount from the price that these specific systems would have cost based on the commercial price of their individual components. They therefore represent exceptional value for money. The Price quoted in the stock room is excluding VAT and delivery which will be added prior to checkout. The delivery charge is £18.33 ex Vat (£22.00 incl. VAT) for a system.

Services and Support
  • All Dell Outlet systems are sold with the same standard limited warranties as we offer on our new systems Please see out Terms and Conditions for details.

Software
  • All refurbished desktop and notebook systems from Dell Outlet ship with the operating system that they were originally sold with.
  • Please note there is no backup media included with these systems.
  • Please note there is no operating system included on server offers.

Customer support
  • We are happy to offer the Dell Outlet customers the same high-quality customer support and technical support that comes with new Dell systems.

Online chat service
  • You can get live answers from a Dell Product Advisor through Online Chat support. Product advisors will endeavour to help you choose the right product as per your requirements. Advisors are available from 10:00am to 3:00pm GMT Monday-Friday.

Can I cancel My Order?
  • It’s only possible to cancel your order before we start to manufacture it.To check if it’s still possible to cancel please contact Dell Outlet Customer Care on the following number 0844 444 4712 .Calls cost 5p plus up to 5p/min from a BT landline. Check your mobile or other providers’ charges, as charges may vary.
  • If your order has passed “In Production” or “ Shipped” it’s no longer possible to cancel it. However, after you receive delivery of your order, you still have the option to return it to Dell within 7 Days from receipt of order. For more information about Dell’s return policy click here

Coupons
  • If you are purchasing a system using a Coupon the Coupon code needs to be applied after each system and not at the end of the order.
  • Dell Outlet coupons can only be used on the Dell Outlet Site. Coupons for the main Dell site for new products cannot be used on the Dell Outlet site.

Returns Policy
You must contact Customer Service in writing within 7 working days beginning on the day after the day on which:

(a) you receive your Order Confirmation; or (b) if you are purchasing Product(s), those Product(s) are delivered to you; whichever is the later ("the Cooling Off Period").
