Q. If I live outside the Ireland, can I still purchase a Dell product?
A. Yes, but the Ireland Dell site cannot ship to an overseas location. You will have to go to your specific country's Dell website to purchase. This can be found by visiting www.dell.com and selecting your country in the menu box towards the bottom of the page.
Q. My place of employment receives a Dell discount and I have my Employee Purchase Code, Where do I enter this in for my discount?

Q. Can I trade my old system in for a discount towards a new purchase?

Q. Will my system include a restore disc (re-installation disc)?
A. Your Dell system comes with Dell Backup and Recovery Manager – a complimentary software tool that helps you create your own
software recovery disks to restore your computer and data in the event of a failure. You may also choose specific recovery disks
in the “System Recovery” section while you configure.
Q. I purchased a pre-installed version of Microsoft® Office. Will I receive an installation disc for this Office suite in case I need to re-install?
A. All versions of Microsoft Office offered by Dell include re-installation discs. It is important to understand that pre-installed copies of Microsoft Office are OEM, and are available for single-license use only. You can view the limitations of OEM licensing atwww.microsoft.com
