Customer Support for non Dell branded accessories, peripherals and software
Returns
Dell will accept returns of software, peripherals and accessories products for any reason
within 30 days of invoice date subject to the terms and conditions below. This does not
affect customers' statutory rights.
Dell will not refund any original shipping charges associated with returned items, other
than for defective merchandise. Dell will arrange for the collection of the goods to be
returned and arrange for the delivery of the replacement products if any.
Defective Merchandise
Any product you purchase that a Dell determines to be defective can be returned to Dell
only if accompanied by a Credit Return Authorisation Number obtained by contacting Dell,
within 30 days of invoice date. Dell will arrange to pick up the repackaged defective
item via a shipping carrier. Dell will then ship a replacement product to you, the
original customer, at no charge. See How to Return Merchandise below.
How To Return Merchandise
To return software, peripherals and accessories merchandise, please contact us and a Dellware representative will be able to help you.
The Credit Return Authorisation Number must be included on the packing label for any returned
item. Please pack the product(s) to be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.
Please note, that Dell cannot guarantee that any product returned to Dell without a Credit Return
Authorisation Number will be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Apart from its 30 day returns policy above, Dell does not give any warranty in respect of
third-party products. Third-party software, peripherals and accessories products are covered
by the warranties provided by the original manufacturer or publisher only. Dell does not make
any guarantees that non Dell-branded products sold through Dellware work with all of the various
models of Dell branded computers or with the hundreds of different brands of computers available

Third-party software, peripherals and accessories products are supported by the warranties
provided by the original manufacturer or publisher only. Technical support information for

Dell does provide technical support for Dell-branded hardware and accessories products
(products for which Dell is listed as the manufacturer) for Dell computers, such as
