Non Dell branded accessories, peripherals and software selected from the Dellware catalogue
Delivery
To allow products to be shipped more efficiently, software, peripherals and accessories offered by Dell may
come from several warehouses in many locations. Because of this such products are normally delivered
separately to any Dell system(s) purchased on the same order.
The time it will take to receive your products after you have placed your order will vary based on when
you place your order and stock availability. Orders placed in the evenings are processed on the next
business day, as are orders placed during the weekend. Shipping times are calculated from the time your
order is shipped from our warehouse. (Generally this takes about 5 days)
Delivery charges are included in the price shown in the summary basket on the left of the screen, and
detailed in the basket page.
Invoicing
You can order Dell systems together with Dellware products under the same purchase order number and
using one shopping basket. Orders for Dellware products will be invoiced separately to Dell systems.
Order Reference Information
After placing an order on-line you will automatically receive an Internet Receipt number on screen,
which relates to your whole order and can be used as a reference for enquiry. You will then receive
and e-mail with our Internet Receipt number followed by an e-mail confirming your Order Reference number.
Please use these order reference numbers if you should need to enquire about your orders.
Order Status Enquiries
Currently it is not possible to obtain the order status of accessory items on-line. If you need to
contact us regarding your order please use the contact details provided on the order acknowledgement
(or confirmation) e-mail sent to you. Alternatively contact us
and a Dellware representative will be able to help you.
