While we have tried to make shopping online at Dellware as easy as possible, we understand that browsing our virtual store is very different from shopping at your local retailer. If you have questions while shopping at Dellware, check out these FAQ's.

QIs it safe to shop online?
AYes, shopping online is safe as long as you are careful about what information you share and with whom you share it. Be sure that the Web sites where you shop use secure servers and encryption technology. You may also want to find out if your personal information will be shared with others. A reputable EU based Web site should always tell you if your information will shared with others, and give you the option to prevent this if you would prefer your details to be kept confidential.

QIs it safe to shop online at Dellware?
AYes. Dellware utilises industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name and address, and critically sensitive information like your credit card number. This means that the information transmitted between your computer and our Web site cannot be read as encrypted in the event it is intercepted by a third party.

QI have questions about a particular product. Where can I find product information?
AWe try to include as much information as we can find about each product we sell on the product's description page. If you need more information about a product than what you find at our Web site, please visit the Web site of the product's manufacturer. You can find the web site addresses of Dellware manufacturers in our manufacturer's listing.

QDoes Dellware support all the products sold at the site?
ANo. While we may know a lot about online shopping, we could never be an expert on each and every one of the hundreds of products we sell. We will certainly be responsible for any mistakes we make in processing your order. And if you receive a product that does not work the way it was intended, we will take it back and either supply a replacement or refund. Once you have purchased a product, the manufacturer's warranty, if one exists, will be available to you.

QDo Dellware products carry a warranty?
AThird-party software, peripherals and accessories products are covered by the warranties provided by the original manufacturer or publisher only. However, all Dellware products are covered by the Dell 30 day refund or replacement guarantee.

QI have chosen a product but I am not quite ready to buy. Can I save my choices for later?
AYes, you may save your shopping basket and retrieve it at a later time. You can return later in the day or even up to two weeks later and see your selections. After adding the item(s) you are interested in to your shopping basket, you will be taken to a page which lists the contents of your shopping basket. From this page, select "Save Basket". To save your order for later, you must provide a memorable word and your e-mail address to associate with your basket. After entering your e-mail address, click on "Continue." Your basket will be assigned a reference number that will be shown on screen together with instructions and saved for up to 14 days.

QHow long will it take to get my order?
AThe time it will take to receive your products after you have placed your order will vary based on when you place your order, stock availability. Orders placed in the evenings are processed on the next business day, as are orders placed during the weekend. Confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail as soon as your order is processed. If the product that you have ordered is in stock you will normally receive your product within 5 working days after receiving your confirmation. If your product is not in stock you will be notified of this as part of the order confirmation.

QI received the wrong product. How do I return it?
APlease contact us and a Dellware representative will be able to help you. They will issue you with Return Authorisation Number and arrange collection of the returned goods and arrange for shipment of the replacement products if any.
