- Reduce file size: Crop and resize your image to 800x600 pixels or smaller.
- Save as jpeg: This is the most common photo file format used online.
- Attach three images or fewer per email: Some mail programs will not accept messages with more than 3 attachments.

| Click Tip: Many mail servers will reject a message that’s larger than 2MB, and even if they accept, your message could clog up the recipient’s in-box. Be kind — reduce file size.
