Microsoft regulates LAR Pricing on a monthly basis.
Order Fulfilment
Dell can ship complete comprehensive media kits as well as individual application media kits and invoice to all countries mentioned above.
(Note: some local languages have longer lead-times.) Disk images and activation codes are also available for download on the Microsoft Volume Licensing Services Website.
Customers receive License confirmations direct from Microsoft that references Customer Purchase Order Number for easy order reconciliation.
(Note- for Select 6.0 no license confirmations are sent from Microsoft - but licenses can be viewed on Microsoft's Global Customer website mentioned below) Compliance Management & Global Reporting
Due to the complexity of the licenses available Microsoft provides a Global Customer Website. This site is designed to provide direct customer access to their specific information on purchases made by country/region. Dell uploads Customer Global purchase information to Microsoft to maintain these reports - You can access the site using the following URL.

In addition Dell can provide license Usage measurement tools (sold separately), these tools are used to calculate the amount of licenses required.
