Up to Date Discounts
Microsoft and Dell offer a 50% discount on the price of OSL products on the first year payment. Only desktops that have been enrolled in the first year and licensed to run the latest or next-to latest version of the OSL product(s) chosen qualify for the discount. Support
OSL includes Microsoft Product Support Services (PSS).
The Telephone Help desk support is designed for the IT professional. This results in better use of the company's investment in Microsoft products with higher productivity and lower total cost of ownership.
Under normal circumstances a product support incident to Microsoft would cost £185 + VAT.

Renewal Options
- Renew OSL agreement for another three years (best option)
- Buy licenses outright (at approximately 1.5 years of the agreement cost - licenses converted to perpetual)
- Terminate agreement and delete all software

60 days before the end of the agreement, Microsoft will write to you advising that the agreement will expire shortly. The letter will list the options available to you.
