For those times a repair is required, DellTM has the right plan for your needs. DellTM has developed a variety of service packages tailored to varying customer requirements for system uptime, including Return To Depot (RTD), designed to repair your system within six business days.

24/7 Comprehensive Online Support:Dell's support website, available via http://support.euro.dell.com, provides online assistance, including troubleshooting information, problem diagnosis tools and downloads.
Telephone Technical Support for Hardware:Dell's industry-leading telephone-support line for hardware is available for you during local business hours for troubleshooting assistance and diagnostics of DellTM hardware.
As DellTM systems are custom configured to meet your needs, all your details are stored on our Call Management system. This means that with every call we have all your history details to hand and can provide a fast and responsive service.
Repair Service:Dell's Repair Service ensures repair of your system within 6 business days, following phone-based troubleshooting and system return*.

2- Services may be provided by third-party organizations. After troubleshooting by telephone, a support service specialist may make a site visit if necessary. This depends on staffing and geographical limitations and conditions in the service contract. The service start time depends on the time of day the case was received by the Dell Corporation.
3- If all queries of customers and authorized vendors of Dell services are registered with the ECC the resources for performance testing and the tracking of ECC cases in real time shall be accessible.
